Farm to Table Dinner- August 16th

Our Farm to Table Dinners are capped at 10 guests for an intimate dinner and farm tour experience. When guests arrive at the farm, they are asked to grab an apron, wash their hands and meet us at the large island, choosing their own cutting board and knives for the evening. Together we will cook our dinner with meats gown on our farm as well as put together appetizers, side dishes, soups, and more from our seasonal produce grown using regenerative practices on our farm. After we finish cooking together we will sit down to eat family style and enjoy tasting all the different dishes we prepared. The menu will change week to week based on what produce is in season. After dinner we will load up on our wagon that is hooked up to our tractor and head up to the main farm operation for a tour. We will see our pastured chicken operation, the small orchard, our garden area, the cattle, and anything else we have going on that week at the farm. Our goal is to help guests connect with agriculture in our community, and play an active role in where their food comes from asking questions, seeing and experiencing how we work to grow nutrient dense food for our community using regenerative practices. We want to emphasize how we are trying to steward well and care for our land and livestock.
